No client relationship
Use of the Site, submission of an inquiry, or participation in an introductory consultation does not create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship with EAM. Any services we provide are governed exclusively by a separate written engagement agreement signed by both parties.
No guarantees
Client testimonials and any figures presented on the Site reflect individual experiences or are illustrative in nature, are not audited, and are not a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome. Past results do not guarantee future results; outcomes depend on individual circumstances.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and marks — are owned by or licensed to EAM and are protected by applicable law. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. No other right or license is granted.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EAM AND ITS PRINCIPALS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EAM and its principals, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
Changes; severability
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EAM regarding use of the Site.
